Leadership Fundamentals for New + Emerging Leaders

Most people step into a leadership role because they are performing well and are capable of achieving great results, but, often, we don’t think about the crucial transition from ‘doing it themselves‘ to ‘achieving results through others‘.

In this program, Kym will set up your new and emerging leaders with the tools they need to perform well as managers, area supervisors and team leaders.

At the end of this program, you will:

  • Be clear on who you want to be as a leader and the impact you want to have on others

Moving Up

Further development for intermediate leaders

You’ve completed the STEPPING UP© Program, have some experience under your belt and now you’re ready to deepen your leadership knowledge, further your skills and add a few more tools to your leadership toolkit.

The MOVING UP Program will further equip you to progress to larger roles and forge a clear path forward in your leadership career.

At the end of this program, you will:

  • Understand how to prevent many common leadership problems
  • Be equipped to prepare and conduct a variety of corrective conversations regarding behavioural or performance issues
  • Be familiar with the phases of development most teams must progress through on the journey to high-performance
  • Understand how to adapt your own leadership style to suit the needs of your team
